2. Submitting Claims

Please deliver this Notice, with all items completed, via our Contact Us form or submit it directly to our administration team. Once received, we will review the claim, initiate investigations, and take appropriate action — including removing or disabling access to the disputed material in under 48 hours.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed under a DMCA notice and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, MHTC may restore the material in compliance with the guidelines set forth under the DMCA regulations.
